We will start our day with a scenic drive to Bloubergstrand, which offers iconic views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic coastline. On arrival, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photographs of the mountain, ocean, and surrounding landscapes.

A short drive takes us past Melkbosstrand and onto Darling along the West Coast, where we will have a stop enjoy a warm drink with a locally made rusk at Evita se Perron.

After our stop in Darling, we continue to !Khwa ttu Nature Reserve, where guests will immerse themselves in the rich heritage of the San people, surrounded by the serene landscapes of the Western Cape. Enjoy a stay in one of their beautifully appointed cabins, with lunch, dinner and a hearty breakfast – all crafted using indigenous, locally sourced ingredients. The experience includes a sundowner game drive and two authentic, San-led tours.

We will leave !Khwa ttu Nature Reserve and journey into Tulbagh, where we will visit Church Street, renowned for its beautifully preserved Cape Dutch architecture.

From Church Street, we will visit Montpellier Wine Estate, nestled in the heart of Tulbagh. Here you’ll enjoy a delightful wine tasting that showcases their award-winning Méthode Cap Classiques, along with a selection of white and red wines.

We will enjoy a memorable two-night stay at Inverdoorn, an exclusive luxury 5-Star game reserve nestled in the breathtaking Karoo landscape.  Includes breakfasts, lunches, dinners, two morning game drives and a cheetah run, two Karoo star-gazing experiences, and two evening game drives with sundowners – all with plenty of leisure time to relax and soak in the surroundings.

We will start our day with an extraordinary journey along the Iconic Route 62—a scenic ribbon of road winding through breathtaking mountain passes, endless vineyards, and charming rural towns. This scenic drive will take us through historic and quaint towns like, Worcester, Robertson, Ashton, Montagu, Barrydale, and more, as we make way to Oudtshoorn, where we will spend the night.

We will enjoy a wine tasting accompanied by an artisanal charcuterie board, boasting locally sourced ingredients, before continuing our journey.

Check in and enjoy some free time to relax or explore the hotel’s facilities before the evening’s Karoo Dinner Experience.

We will enjoy an authentic Karoo dinner experience, where traditional South African hospitality meets hearty, home-style cuisine. Nestled at the foot of the Swartberg Mountains, this rustic gem offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views. Feast on slow-cooked Karoo lamb, Potjiekos, Roosterkoek, and other regional favourites, all prepared with time-honoured recipes and local ingredients. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of culture, flavour, and the soulful spirit of the Karoo.

We delve into an awe-inspiring subterranean world at the Cango Caves, a geological wonder nestled in the Swartberg Mountains. On a guided tour, we’ll marvel at the intricate limestone formations—stalactites, stalagmites, and vast caverns bringing the caves’ history to life.

We will experience the charm of the Traditional Ostrich Farm Tour, where you’ll get up close with the world’s largest birds at one of Oudtshoorn’s oldest working ostrich farms. Learn about the history, farming practices, and fascinating biology of these incredible creatures through an engaging, guided tour. Afterward, enjoy a Premier Lunch featuring locally inspired dishes, including ostrich delicacies, all served in a serene farm setting.

We will leave Oudtshoorn taking a scenic drive through the Outeniqua Pass.

Our scenic drive continues to George, where we will check in and enjoy some free time to relax or explore the hotel’s facilities before the evening’s Gourmet Dinner Experience.

The Apprentice in George offers a distinctive dining experience that fuses refined cuisine with an interactive, learning-focused atmosphere. As a training ground for the South Cape Hospitality Academy, it provides aspiring chefs with the platform to demonstrate their skills in a real-world culinary setting.

We hop aboard the Outeniqua Power Van in George for a truly unique rail experience through the breathtaking Outeniqua Mountains.

Upon arrival we set off on a memorable Knysna boat and oyster tour that takes you across the tranquil Knysna Lagoon and out toward the dramatic Knysna Heads. As part of the experience, indulge in a guided oyster tasting, where you’ll learn about the cultivation process and savour freshly harvested local oysters, paired perfectly with a glass of white wine.

We enjoy a memorable dinner experience at 34° South, a beloved Knysna waterfront restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, set right on the edge of the lagoon.

Mossel Bay is a charming coastal town on South Africa’s Garden Route, offering the perfect blend of natural beauty, history, and seaside adventure.

We explore the Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex in Mossel Bay is a cultural and historical treasure that celebrates the town’s maritime heritage and its role in early European exploration. Named after Portuguese explorer Bartolomeu Dias, who landed here in 1488, the complex offers a fascinating journey through time.

We discover the craft of gin-making in Mossel Bay, where you’ll get hands-on with botanicals and distilling techniques to create your own signature blend. Afterward, indulge in a carefully curated food and gin pairing experience.

Departing from Mossel Bay, we journey inland along a scenic N2 route, winding through rolling farmlands, mountain passes, and picturesque countryside’s. Our destination is Jan Harmsgat Farm, a historic estate nestled at the foot of the majestic Langeberg Mountains. This scenic drive will take us through historic towns such as Riversdale, Heidelberg and Swellendam, as we make way to Jan Harmsgat Farm, where we will spend the night.

We will stop and spend the night at Jan Harmsgat, a working wine and pomegranate farm. After check-in, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the property’s facilities before the evening’s three-course dinner.

You will enjoy a three-course dinner paired with a tasting of estate wines in their restaurant, located in one of the historic houses on the farm.

We will enjoy a scenic drive from Jan Harmsgat to the Southernmost tip of Africa, passing rolling farmlands, fynbos-covered hills en route to Cape Agulhas where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet.

We stop for an early “High Tea” where we can sample a selection of small bites boasting authentic flavours.

Scenic drive from Bredasdorp to Hermanus, passing farmlands, mountain views, and coastal charm en route to the whale-watching capital of South Africa.

Explore the vibrant history and lively atmosphere of Hermanus with a short guided walking tour of the Old Harbour, followed by some leisure time before dinner.

Bientang’s Cave Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind dining destination carved into the rugged cliffs of Hermanus. Situated at the water’s edge, this unique spot offers spectacular ocean views and the opportunity to see whales breaching during the season. Known for its fresh seafood, local flavours, and unforgettable ambiance, Bientang’s Cave combines delicious cuisine with the natural beauty of the Walker Bay coastline.

We will enjoy a scenic drive along Route 45, renowned for its beauty and striking natural landscapes. Passing Theewaterskloof Dam, the route winds through mountain passes, offering panoramic views and plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photographs of the mountains and surrounding scenery.

A guided walking tour of Franschhoek serves as a delightful way to immerse yourself in the history and culture of this charming village. We will stroll through streets lined with historic beautiful architecture, quaint boutiques, and galleries. Along the way, learn about Franschhoek’s unique French Huguenot heritage, visit notable landmarks.

We enjoy a leisurely lunch and wine tasting at Franschhoek Cellar, where award-winning wines display the beautiful marriage of French and South African winemaking traditions.

The route offers rolling hills, vineyards, and quiet country roads framed by mountain views. It’s a peaceful drive between two of South Africa’s most beloved wine towns.

Relax and explore Stellenbosch at your own pace, enjoying a memorable evening before setting out to dinner.

Experience fine dining at Tokara, where contemporary South African cuisine meets world-class wines in an elegant setting overlooking the Stellenbosch valley.

We take a step back in time with a Stellenbosch walking tour that reveals the town’s rich history and architectural charm. Wander through oak-lined streets and explore the well-preserved Cape Dutch, Georgian, and Victorian buildings at your own leisure before we set out for Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate.

Savour a delightful wine tasting and lunch experience at Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate, known for its Indian runner ducks – a suitable, eco-friendly alternative to using pesticides.

From Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate, we take a relaxed drive to Bloubergstrand, with glimpses of Table Mountain along the way. Enjoy a beach stroll before settling in for sundowners and dinner as the sun sets behind the mountain.

We will enjoy an effortless visit to Table Mountain with our VIP Fast-Track Access, allowing us to bypass the regular queues and ascend directly via the Aerial Cableway.

Scenic drive from Table Mountain going past Green Point, Sea Point, Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Kalk Bay, Chapman’s Peak Drive, Boulder Beach, Cape Point Nature Reserve and more.  

We then go on to visit Boulders Beach. This picturesque spot is home to a thriving colony of African penguins, offering visitors a unique opportunity to get up close and observe these charming birds in their natural habitat.  

We will stop at one of the area’s esteemed seaside seafood restaurants, where fresh catches and scenic views promise a fun and relaxed time. Here, you’ll enjoy Cape Town’s famous deep-fried fish and chips — a true local favourite and part of our maritime heritage.”

Our next stop is Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope, which are two of South Africa’s most iconic landmarks. It offers visitors magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding landscapes, rich history, and diverse ecosystems. When visiting, you can enjoy 360° panoramic views from the Cape Point Lighthouse and see the Cape of Good Hope, the most south-westerly point of Africa.

Our last stop of the day is Cape Point Vineyards, where we will indulge in a wine tasting accompanied by a delectable cheese and charcuterie platter.

We will go on a township tour through Langa Township, the oldest township in Cape Town, which also supports local communities through tourism, where we will enjoy a traditional lunch.

In the afternoon we will take a leisurely stroll through the historic part of the city which includes famous spots such as The Castle of Good Hope, City Hall and Grand Parade, Izike Slave Lodge Museum and Company’s Gardens. Upon Collection at Company’s Gardens, we will take a short driving tour along Long Street.

We will indulge in a sumptuous evening where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to delight your senses. Savour exquisite dishes crafted with the finest ingredients; each course paired with wines that elevate every nuance of flavour.

We will make a stop at Rhodes memorial where you will be able to appreciate the beautiful architecture and the stunning panoramic view of the city.

Join us for an exclusive tour led by one of our local honey farmers. You’ll have the opportunity to not only discover the fascinating world of bees but also indulge in the rich, flavourful honey they craft.

Our next stop sees us visiting South Africa’s oldest brewery where we will delve into the country’s rich brewing heritage and savour its diverse beer offerings. Pair your tasting with a rich, full Cape Town sandwich known to the locals as a “Gatsby

 We will be visiting Groot Constantia, South Africa’s oldest wine estate, which boasts a rich blend of history, architecture, and winemaking excellence. The visit includes a guided cellar tour, a tasting of five wines of your choice, and a souvenir branded wine glass to take home.

 Urban Playground is a dynamic street food diner situated in Maitland, Cape Town, offering a distinctive and flavourful dining experience.

Begin with a scenic ferry ride across Table Bay, offering stunning views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. On Robben Island, take a guided tour of the island and its historic prison, where Nelson Mandela was once held.

Delve into the fascinating history of diamonds, uncovering the stories and craftsmanship behind these brilliant gemstones. You will also get to sample what the locals call ‘savouries’ – light snacks paired with a tasting of local wine, gin or whisky.

Our last night is spent celebrating our time together and the fun we have had at Spiced restaurant. The air will be filled with the rhythm of live tunes as plates of vibrant, expertly crafted dishes delight the palate. For the brave, the evening ends with dancing that brings everyone together in laughter and celebration. It will be a farewell rich in memories, leaving a warmth that will linger long after the music has faded.
